SEARCHES
Vehicle searches may include a ZIP code, make, model, radius, and optional price or year limits. Search records and listing observations may be stored privately to operate and improve the service. Shared public pages do not expose a buyer’s email address.
DEAL PLANS
If checkout is configured, Stripe processes payment information. Loophole does not receive or store full card numbers. We may store your email, payment reference, selected listing, generated report, and an unguessable report token to deliver the Deal Plan.
EVENTS
First-party events record actions such as searches, result views, dealer-link clicks, and Deal Plan steps. Event metadata is deliberately limited and does not include complete VIN searches, full URLs, payment details, or message scripts.
PROVIDERS
Inventory may come from eBay Motors or another authorized provider. VIN decoding uses the official NHTSA vPIC service. Opening a dealer or marketplace listing is subject to that provider’s privacy terms.
